Roswell is home to Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, a 162-bed facility three hours from Albuquerque. - Physician The 23-bed, Level III Emergency Department has an annual volume of 22,000 patients per year a JCAHO-accredited, 162-bed acute care hospital located three hours southeast of Albuquerque. Medical Director for Eastern New Mexico Medical Center Emergency Department, Dr. Jeff Ruzich joined Pegasus in April 2002. He trained in Emergency Medicine at Albert Einstein/Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY after receiving his Doctorate in Medicine from Hahnemann Medical University in Philadelphia, PA.
